📜 Licensing – Chobi Dokan
At Chobi Dokan, we value creativity and respect intellectual property. To ensure clarity and trust between clients and designers/photographers, all works on our platform follow these licensing terms:
1. Ownership of Work
The creator (photographer/designer) retains original ownership of their work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Clients receive the usage rights to the work once the project is completed and payment is confirmed.
2. Standard License
Clients may use the delivered work for personal or business purposes, including websites, social media, advertisements, and print materials.
Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the work is not allowed without explicit permission from the creator.
3. Extended / Custom License
If a client requires broader rights (such as resale, mass distribution, or exclusive ownership), they must request a custom license agreement with the creator.
Extended licensing terms and fees are set by the creator and agreed upon before project delivery.
4. Prohibited Uses
Works may not be used in illegal, defamatory, or harmful content.
Unauthorized duplication, resale, or redistribution of creative works violates our policy and may result in account suspension or legal action.
5. Disputes
In case of licensing disputes, Chobi Dokan will review the agreement between the client and creator and take necessary steps to resolve the issue fairly.
